I recently had the privilege (big and special thanks to Midwest Photo in Columbus Ohio) of taking
the beautiful Hasselblad Xpan film camera with me on trip to NYC (my home away from home). Honestly, this camera
is more than beautiful. The design is sleek and ergonomically perfect for this style of camera.
The Xpan shoots in either traditional 35mm or 35mm pano. It’s a much slower camera than a typical 35mm. It makes you slow
down and really think about your shots and metering, which to me is certainly a great quality. I believe there are only about 16,000
Xpans made which makes it a collectors dream camera.
The beauty and simplicity of the Xpan put it in a class of its own. I fell in love with this camera and hope to
add one to my collection. Viva La Film!!!
